UHS Wildcat Baseball Preseason Camp

On Saturday this past weekend, seven educators from our district attended the 4th annual #edcampSTL event at the Grand Center Arts Academy in downtown St. Louis. The Edcamp model of professional development is tailored to the needs of the attendees and allows for personalized and specific learning to occur. Additionally, Dustin Klenke, Physics, Robotics & Biology teacher at UHS, and Dr. Justin Tarte, Director of Curriculum and Support Services, both were able to present and share our district’s success with our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) initiative. Dianne Smith, UHS, Matt Huber, UHS, Jennifer Schwentker, UHS, Dennis Smith, UHS and Rob Rogers from UMS, also all committed their Saturday to learning and growing.
